• Understanding the client’s needs and wish list;
• Detailed project and asset analysis, identifying key project and asset parameters;
• Complete sponsorship analysis, including assessment of the sponsor’s development and construction experience and net worth and liquidity due diligence;
• Macro and micro market analysis;
• Proposed loan structure to meet client’s requirements;
• Based on due diligence completed, identification of most suitable lenders for proposed loan and structure;  
• Facilitation of capital raising and placement where required
